+ Empires in delete wait can now be searched and ranked using the sf irc bots
+ Empires in delete wait mode will now be included in the ranking so they will not have () as a rank
= Unews now populated if alliance half full no matter what the alliance limit is

= sidebar changed to add the details page and the changelist to menu in both modes
+ Manual updated to include details of geltings and correct details for terran and versuden
+ lms alliance disbanding didnt reset one value at the 1/2 way point
+ Fixed the noobifier used to reset accounts in case of a reset as it missed some items.
= When a player is killed all SL and ASL votes cast by or for them are reset.
+ Neg credit warning fix will not miss msg and news stage if someone goes very negative in a single tick
+ Viewal page will no longer show a NW for dead empires but will show thier NW as DEAD
+ Tick changed so that dead empires NW is no longer included in sector NW, land or tax
= Added the ability to have an accelerated start round
= Changed the tick system so the tick gets called every minute and the round itself decides if the game ticks
